I was looking online for a guided meditation for Friday. My Solstice ritual is about stillness, both in the world and in myself. I found a meditation for "deep inner stillness." The script is online, but I can buy it with the accompanying soundtrack for like $10. Since I'd use it every year, I don't mind buying it.

I got this done today. Thoughts, comments and edits are appreciated

This is the longest night of the year. We are plunged into the night, and the world is still, calm and quiet. The world sleeps, waiting. This time of year is a time for introspection. As the world pauses, I will too, to reflect on the past year, and the upcoming one.

There are four major religious holidays I celebrate. These are the Solstices and Equinoxes.
